This was our first Airbnb experience and we had a great time. We are sold on the experience and will probably never stay in a hotel again! Peter was helpful and very kind! Nice location and super nice townhouse.

Très bien équipé, très bien situé. L’équipe de gardiens de l’immeuble est super ! Très pratique, le parking gratuit est un confort énorme. Je vous conseille de bien lire les instructions envoyés lorsque l’appartement est prêt. Il y a pleins d’informations importantes à ne pas louper pour se faciliter la vie.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had an event at the convention center and we walked there and back everyday. Very safe and secure and the parking made it all worth it!

Perfect place for our volleyball tournament weekend at the LA Convention Center. Instructions were very clear and parking was free and easy. Loved the decor and the view. Comfortable and stocked with all the essentials plus a washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, especially the pool and tennis courts right adjacent. The only issue we had was that it’s a gated community, and there’s a gate right next to the condo, and you can exit on foot, but not re-enter. Which is odd! We were there for meetings at the Biltmore, which is a short walk. But in order to get back in you have to slip in behind a car like some kind of burglar or delinquent! But still, overall great condo, beautiful spot.

This was a lovely apartment in down town LA. Perfect spot for walking distance to all the sites in DT and for seeing a Lakers game. Everything was super comfortable, nice art and just what we needed for 3 nights. The only thing I suggested was to have a recycling bin and also wash the doona cover. P.S. Reminder to send your ID's in on the day beforehand so you can maybe check in a bit earlier, I completely forgot because I was in hospital and they almost said they were going to cancel the booking, so luckily I got our ID's in on time in the morning so the security person can approve you coming in and out of the building as it's residential.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights for a concert at the crypto arena and it was perfect. It was a short 15 min walk to the venue and the apartment had everything we needed. The check-in instructions are very detailed and helpful, and the security at the front desk was very friendly. We would happily stay here again!

In the heart of DTLA. 10 minute walk to LA convention center and walkable to several bars around the area. Secure guard at the check in and check in was a breeze. The place itself was clean and spacious and a great value. Please be advised that the unit is a ground floor unit with only 1 window to the outside, but usually with closed blinds since it is street level. It can get a little dark without lights. Otherwise simple and convenient.
