This was a lovely apartment in down town LA. Perfect spot for walking distance to all the sites in DT and for seeing a Lakers game. Everything was super comfortable, nice art and just what we needed for 3 nights. The only thing I suggested was to have a recycling bin and also wash the doona cover. P.S. Reminder to send your ID's in on the day beforehand so you can maybe check in a bit earlier, I completely forgot because I was in hospital and they almost said they were going to cancel the booking, so luckily I got our ID's in on time in the morning so the security person can approve you coming in and out of the building as it's residential.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights for a concert at the crypto arena and it was perfect. It was a short 15 min walk to the venue and the apartment had everything we needed. The check-in instructions are very detailed and helpful, and the security at the front desk was very friendly. We would happily stay here again!

I was visiting LA for work but due to airport delays I got in at nearly 1am. As a solo female traveler I was super nervous. However, Peter was super nice and communicative and helpful. There was a guard at the front desk and the unit felt very safe. The unit was extremely clean, comfy and cute. I was super comfortable. As a side note I'm a hobby seamstress and merely walked to the Fashion District from the unit. My only regret is not bringing an extra empty suitcase for more fabric. Thank you Peter! If I'm back for work I'm definitely booking your place and bringing that extra suitcase!

In the heart of DTLA. 10 minute walk to LA convention center and walkable to several bars around the area. Secure guard at the check in and check in was a breeze. The place itself was clean and spacious and a great value. Please be advised that the unit is a ground floor unit with only 1 window to the outside, but usually with closed blinds since it is street level. It can get a little dark without lights. Otherwise simple and convenient.

So much gratitude for letting me stay. Fell in love with this place and will definitely try to stay everytime I come to LA. The team did an amazing job communicating, they were helpful (and they were so patient with me😅😅😅). The space is beautiful. literally beautiful.

For downtown LA this is a great deal. The location is easy walking distance to a lot of attractions and has a very urban feel, so different than the rest of LA. The rooms were spotless with an amazing view from the downtown city skyline, plus a pool and jacuzzi on the roof. If you don’t mind the sound of the city streets below you, honestly, never that loud, then this is a perfect urban living experience.

Our stay in Santa Fe was absolutely perfect! The space was ideal for my husband and me for an overnight visit, but we easily could have stayed a week and been just as comfortable. The home had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the hot tub—perfect temperature for a relaxing soak in the evening and again early in the morning. The French press for coffee was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was very comfortable. Our hosts truly thought of everything, even leaving snacks and bottled water for us. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and just a short drive to everything else. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Santa Fe!
