• Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. • A maximum of 6 guests are allowed per stay. • All adult guests must supply copies of photo ID no later than 24 hours prior to their stay. • 1 Dog ,20 pounds or less, is allowed For Guests Staying 7 Days or Longer. • Absolutely no smoking inside the home or at any common areas, including the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. Anyone found to be smoking in the house will receive a $500 fine for each infraction

Our townhouse is located inside the gated community known as the Arizona Biltmore Estates. There are 24 hour guards stationed at each entryway for extra protection. We are literally across the street from our community pool and hot tub. The tennis courts are located right next to the pool. The well known Biltmore Golf Course runs through the property at multiple areas. Because it is a public course, guests can reserve tee times 365 days a year.

Guests have full, private access to the entire two-story townhouse, including both beautifully furnished outdoor patios—perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or relaxing under the Arizona sky. You’ll also enjoy access to all resort-style amenities just steps away: the heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and the community gym. We had a great stay during a work event at Biltmore Resort. The place is within walking distance, clean, with comfortable beds, and easy to get to. The host was very responsive and answered every question. We absolutely recommend it!

We had a terrific stay at Peter and Veronica’s. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived. The location is great. So many amazing restaurants. Golf, pools, and mountains to climb. We loved our stay and our trip.

We offer one dedicated garage parking spot for guests staying 7 days or longer. There is also plentiful covered and outdoor parking spots directly next to the home. You will never have a problem finding convenient parking.
